I help companies understand why customers do what they do, and build the systems and products to enable growth.

I am a product strategist. That sounds simple but rarely is. For four and a half years, I ran Speicher elektrisiert, Europe’s largest independent Škoda EV community. 42,500 members, 8 million views, 150,000 kilometres across two vehicle generations. Not designed as content creation, but as a research operation. Every comment thread, every DM, every complaint was signal to analyse. I built frameworks from that signal and took those in front of the Škoda Board Committee.

The industry changes. The underlying problem does not: most organizations have more customer data than they can act on, and less strategic clarity than they need.

My current focus is EV charging infrastructure. The market is scaling but not earning trust. Those are different problems with different solutions, and most CPOs are solving the wrong one.
